The topic of my speech today is "cherish life and prevent drowning". it is a story talks about a black girl named precious .precious isx fat and not beautiful. her bad temped mother never workx, always cheated others to relieve her ,and atex while watching tv all is worse ,precious was only16,but she had pregnant for twice .out of assumption ,her child is her farther "s child .living in this life ,she alawys imagine to avoid facing her life .fortunately,with the help and careness of the teacher and doctor ,her life became not so bad .

precious has a tough life ,and if she gives up her life and does not join the adult education ,she will not meet the teacher and her life may not be changed .when we xfaced with the difficulty x,avoidingx is not a good way for us. it can not solve the we need to do is that analying the cause and trying to changed our place .so we should be brave and face the trap directly.

the film also teachs us to love is someone who may exit near us .if precious own a good family and some friends,she may not fell so despaired. in spite of the development of our world ,there still many people suject and help can make them fell better ,so we should not scant our love .

I have been shocked many times by some accidents in my life through which I find Human’s life is like a delicate vase that will break into pieces for some unexpected incidents.

One day in the summer of last year,I found something wrong with my body.It was a cyst as big as a coin found under my cheek.I felt very worried because,as I know,a cyst in that place was very dangerous.I was put into hospital after the doctor decided to remove it.After I entered the room of patients,I was jaw dropping because the looks of the patients were

frightening,one person has a lump as big as a baseball on his face; another patient’s eyes were bruised too badly to be seen and an old man’s teeth had been all knocked off because the doctor would do an operation in his throat.I felt lucky and was even satisfied with my illness in this situation.
